1. About Kitchen Staff

Kitchen Staff is a hiring platform connecting kitchen staff with restaurants, cafes, and cloud kitchens across India. We provide the platform; the hiring decision and employment relationship are strictly between the worker and the establishment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kitchen Staff. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is true and belongs to you.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Your phone number and email are used to verify your identity and send important updates. Do not create accounts on behalf of others.

4. Fair use

Do not post false job listings, fake profiles, or misleading information. Do not harass other users. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, report others dishonestly, or attempt to bypass our contact and payment systems.

5. Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Fees, once paid, are non-refundable except where required by law. We will always show the price before you pay.

6. Limitation of liability

We work hard to verify users but cannot guarantee the conduct of any worker or establishment. Kitchen Staff is not liable for disputes, unpaid wages, or losses arising from any hiring made through the platform. Please verify details before committing.
